The dates for next year’s North West 200 and Ulster Grand
Prix have been announced.
Current Sunflower and Northwest 200 winner Glenn Irwin will
look to defend his title on the Coastal circuit in the middle of May 2018.
Practice Tuesday May 15th
Practice Thursday May 17th
Evening Racing Thursday May 17th
Race Day Saturday May 19th
Road closures can be moved either forwards or backwards by
one day in exceptional circumstances to facilitate both practice and racing.
The Ulster Grand Prix committee have also confirmed that
Bike Week will run from August 5th and August 12th.
More details are set to emerge on October 2nd
where some changes to the successful event are to be announced.
Runaway 2017 victor Peter Hickman will be expected to return
to add to his tally and this year’s hat trick of wins.
