Country Crest has been a loyal sponsor of the club for many years now, and once more the Hoey family business that is based in Rathmooney, Lusk have come on board to be the title sponsor.
Thomas Garry Loughshinny Club Chairman, “It is a great honour for me to be Chairman of the club this year, and also to once more work alongside the brilliant sponsor that is Country Crest. Michael and Gabriel Hoey have been very loyal to the club for many years now, and they also work closely with other clubs and events in the local community. We also look at the continued support from our class race sponsors, and we look forward to seeing a top class entry in July”
“We are also delighted to announce that all of our races are sponsored, and this will help swell the prize fund, for what should be an exciting weekend of qualifying and racing over the iconic 2.9 mile seaside course” said Thomas
Michael Hoey” Country Crest is once more delighted to be involved with the Loughshinny Club, and Skerries. It has been a tough year for the club and the sport in general, but they have banded together and are once more committed to bringing the best road racers to Skerries. We as a company are committed to the local community, and the Skerries road races are one of the biggest sporting events in the county, and they are also great for the local business community”
The club are delighted to announce the following race sponsors; Axa, HMS, B& V Nurseries, Kennedy Motorcycles, Sam Dennigan & Co, The Seaver Family, ASM, C& T Supermarkets, Hughes Sales and Services and Des D’Arcy Motors, The Hills Cricket Club, The Man-o-War GAA, and a new race sponsor, Doors and Floors.

The Annual Classic run will take place on Friday 5th July starting in the Skerries Windmill, and the money raised from this will go toward the fund for the two riders, Phillip McNally and Hugh Smith who were seriously injured at the first Mondello meeting this year.
Roads will close on Saturday 6th July from 12-8.30 and on Sunday they will close at 8am and open no later than 6.30. Admission including a race programme is €25 and hopefully that all race fans will see the need to get their race wristband for the weekend as there is no doubt that this is great value, witnessing Irelands top road racers in action.
